This group is for moms with children aged 6 weeks to 20 years! Deep core fitness is what gives us whole body strength and endurance (imagine lasting a whole day without wanting to take a nap!)
This is a Facebook group where you'll get 2 videos each week to watch and follow on your own time. You'll also get a chance every week to ask your questions and troubleshoot what is happening in your body: questions on diastasis, prolapse, leaking, achy hips, burning shoulders, headaches, knee pain, and more are dealt with here!
