Bright, fresh raspberry flavours on the palate, with medium acidity and noticeable but soft, spicy tannins on the finish. Pair with slow-baked lasagna, hearty braised beef stew with root vegetables, grilled burgers, spare ribs, wood fired Margherita pizza and hearty vegetable soup.

    December 6th: Vidal

Next in the lineup – Monarch Vidal VQA which is pale lemon in colour. Look for light honey aromas on the nose, pretty lemon and lime zest flavours make for a heavenly sip. Pairs well with tex-mex, BBQ chicken, vegan burrito bowls, fish and pork or shrimp tempura.

Succulent summer berry pie with velvety tannins on a long flavourful finish. Pair this with char-grilled steak, pulled pork, smooth pâté or a vegan roasted tomato and pepper soup.

    December 12th: Merlot

    December 14th: Pelee Pink

This tangy rosé is appealing for its raspberry and lemon peel flavours, which linger on this medium-dry finish. A medium-bodied wine with a good concentration, fine acidity and length. Pair it with BBQ chicken marinated in a spicy sauce, a root vegetable Tagine, seared tuna or dark chocolate.

    December 16th: Hopping Apple

Our Hopping Apple offers aromas of fresh apple with subtle pear and hops flavour. Dry, light to medium-bodied with crisp balancing acidity and a refreshingly long and satisfying finish. Pairs well with a creamy mushroom risotto or a lentil and vegetable curry.
