This 30 minute group program is built for moms who crave to be stronger and have more endurance to last the day. Not only do these moms want to be able to keep up with their kids, but they want to be able to have more energy to do the stuff that is on THEIR list too!
This program is designed for you to move through the 6 weeks, learning about how your body works (or should work!) and help you gather information about yourself, so that you can get stronger from the inside out. You will have access to deep core workouts, both live and pre-recorded, that challenge the whole body, and are doable for moms with little time. Throughout the 6 weeks, you will retrain your body, teaching it how to work well! You will feel better, have more energy, and be able to do life with littles better!
Each week, you will have an opportunity to meet live with Andrea to discuss anything related to fitness, the video workouts, your body and pelvic floor, leaking, and anything else! Use this time to troubleshoot anything that you are noticing about your body and get all your questions answered in a small group setting.
