Stroller fit sessions
Stroller Fit is a class for moms & babies/tots and includes a variety of movement drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, low impact cardio and gentle core. We combine low to medium cardio with strength and toning exercises. We focus on getting you back to movement slowly and safely, with modifications provided depending on your fitness level.
** This class will take place outdoors. Please meet Rebecca at the cafe on Day 1 to sign-in and then she will lead you to where the class will take place. If the weather is not cooperating, this class will take place via zoom.
Rebecca AKA Fitness Fanatic Mom, is a personal and group trainer who specializes in postpartum retraining after baby. She’s a momma of 4 who has always been a “fitness fanatic” playing sports, enjoying nature and just adding movement into her life.
“As a busy mom of 4, I get the struggle, I am also living it!! I know that most of the time there are just NOT enough hours in a day to get it all done, BUT I also know that taking care of my health and my body are one of my priorities! I can not take care of my family if I am not in my top condition!”
